Hi, I’m Arthur Baranski
A Calisthenics coach with a background in gymnastics, traditional martial arts, functional bodybuilding, and nutrition. For nearly a decade, I’ve been driven by a deep passion for movement and a strong belief that health is wealth. This journey has led me to explore, research, and train in various disciplines, constantly seeking to understand the true essence of well-being.
Early on, I recognized the importance of physical strength, but my own injuries made me realize that there’s more to health than just a strong body. I discovered the concept of inner strength—the "electric body" that we all possess, which endures through every challenge, be it extreme heat, cold, or the passage of time. This insight only deepened my curiosity and commitment to holistic wellness.
In addition to my wellness journey, I’ve always had a passion for engineering. I ran a bespoke production company, which allowed me to hone my skills in design and innovation. RIITE is the result of blending these two passions—engineering and a love for health, wellness, and movement.
